1. SPONSOR: VELUX America, Inc. 104 Ben Casey Drive, Fort Mill, SC 29708

2. ENTRY: This Sweepstakes is being conducted during the period commencing at 12:01 A.M., July 5, 2010 and ending at 11:59 P.M., September 26, 2010 ("Entry Period"). For purposes of these Official Rules ("Rules"), all times and days are Eastern Standard Time. To enter, visit www.skylightoffers.com/leadsuntunnel during the Entry Period and follow the links and instructions to complete the registration ("Entry"). Complete and submit the online Entry, including a valid e-mail, phone number and home mailing address (P.O. Boxes not permitted).

3. LIMITATIONS: Only one (1) Entry per E-mail address. Registration for the VELUX® SUN TUNNEL™ skylight Giveaway Sweepstakes is available only to individuals who are legal residents of the 50 United States or the District of Columbia (collectively, "Territory"); registration is not permissible for employees of the Sponsor, VELUX America, Inc., Wray Ward, LLC, ("Administrator") and their parent, subsidiary and affiliated companies and entities (individually and collectively, "Entities") as well as the immediate family (spouse, parents, siblings and children) and household members of each such employee. Neither the Entities, nor any of their officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents or representatives (individually and collectively, "Releasees") are responsible for Entries from unqualified individuals or from non-residents of the Territory; Entries that are altered, delayed, destroyed, fraudulent, illegible, inaccurate, incomplete, late, lost, misdirected, multiple, mutilated, postage-due, stolen, tampered with, unauthorized or unintelligible; or for lost, interrupted or unavailable network, server or other connections; miscommunications; failed phone, computer hardware or software or telephone transmissions; technical failures; unauthorized human intervention; traffic congestion; garbled or jumbled transmissions; or other errors of any kind, whether due to electronic, mechanical or human error or other causes; even if caused by the negligence of any of the Releasees; or any injury or damage to Participant’s or other person’s computer related to or resulting from participating in the Sweepstakes. Each of such potential Entries will be disqualified. Void where prohibited or restricted by law and subject to all applicable federal, state, local and municipal laws and regulations. Sponsor reserves the right to permanently disqualify from sweepstakes any persons it believes has intentionally violated the Official Rules and/or cancel or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s control impairs the integrity of the Sweepstakes, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

The VELUX SUN TUNNEL skylight and installation will be awarded to an individual who owns their residence and logistically has the ability to have a skylight installed (i.e. no apartments/interior condos, installations on the first story of a multi-story dwelling etc). Any attic/roof obstruction/construction/reconstruction needs are the sole responsibility of the Winner. The VELUX SUN TUNNEL skylight will be determined based on the roof construction. The roof slope must be between 15° - 60°.

4. PRIZES: ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize Winner will be selected. The Grand Prize Winner will receive: One (1) VELUX SUN TUNNEL skylight, including installation. Total Grand Prize ARV: $750.00. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries received. TWENTY-FIVE (25) RUNNER UP PRIZES: Twenty-five (25) Runner Up Winners will be selected. The Runner Up Winners will receive: One (1) Elle Décor Style And Substance; The Best Of Elle Décor book. Runner Up Prize ARV: $45.00. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries received. ONE HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE (125) THIRD PLACE PRIZES: One hundred twenty-five (125) Third Place Winners will be selected. The Third Place Winners will receive: One (1) Green Living By Design book. Third Place Prize ARV: $23.99. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible Entries received.

5. PROCEDURES: On or about September 26, 2010, Administrator will randomly select the potential winners from all eligible Entries received. All potential winners will be notified by telephone and/or e-mail. Disqualification and the selection of an alternate winner may result from any of the following: [1] potential winner’s failure to respond to notification within ten (10) days after notification; [2] the return of any notice or prize as undeliverable; and [3] any other non-compliance with Rules, including but not limited to eligibility requirements. The Grand Prize Winner will be required to sign and return by mail within ten (10) days of receipt an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release provided by Sponsor. If the Grand Prize Winner fails to return this form within the time required, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate Winner. All prizes will be mailed to the U.S. mailing address provided by the winners. No substitutions are permitted except by Sponsor, who reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of comparable or greater value. Prize is not redeemable for cash. Prize can be re-assignable and re-transferable to another person. Winner is responsible for all federal, state, local sales and income taxes. Any other incidental expenses on prize not specified herein are the sole responsibility of winner. Winners shall allow 4 to 6 weeks after notification to receive their prize.

6. CONDITIONS: Entry and acceptance of prize constitute permission to use Winner's name, prize won, hometown, state, biographical information, photograph and likeness for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. Participating entrants agree to the Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor. By entering, participants release and hold harmless the Sponsor and their affiliated companies, and all other businesses involved in this Sweepstakes, as well as the employees, officers, directors and agents of each, from any and all claims, losses, damages, liabilities and expenses (including without limitation any legal and investigative fees) arising out of, in connection with or as a result of participation in the Sweepstakes; Sponsor’s exercise of any of the rights granted hereunder; and any breach of participant’s representations, agreements and warranties hereunder. Participant shall warrant and represent that it is not an employee of any of the Entities or their parent, subsidiary or affiliated companies or immediate family member as defined in paragraph 3 at the time of the Entry. The Releasees are not responsible for claims, injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from awarding, delivery, acceptance, use, misuse, possession, loss or misdirection of any prize; any use of the Entry, participation in the Sweepstakes or downloading of, computer Sweepstakes information. Releasees are not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes, including but not limited to errors in advertising, Rules, selection and announcement of the Winners and distribution of prizes. The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to the conflicts of law provisions therein. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited or restricted by laws, including but not limited to jurisdictions with laws that require registration, disclosure, filing, trust account, or position of a bond, or any other requirements that are not satisfied by these terms and conditions.

7. PRIVACY POLICY: Information provided by you to participate in this Sweepstakes is subject to the Sponsor's Privacy Policy. Only if the Winners opted-in for future communications will the Winner receive future communications from VELUX and/or their partners.
